June 21st is Father’s Day! On this Sunday let us offer special prayers  for fathers, grandfathers, God-fathers, and men who take the place of father’s, living and deceased.    We thank you Dads for your love and care, for the hardships you have gone through, for the faith you kept, for the lessons you taught, for all that you did to make home a happy a place to live in, for the protection you gave, for the counsel and guidance that led us, for your valuable lessons of life and for the many more things we have taken for granted.

❗️Once more ... church opening Follow all the instructions (emailed last week). Keep in mind... *use hand sanitizer when entering the church and when leaving.... *keep at a distance of 6-feet from other individuals at all times... *forward only up the middle and back only by the sides... *sit only in “open areas” individuals from the same household may sit in one pew... *help to sanitize your own spot (seat and the top/back of the pew in front of you)... *wearing a mask or having  is mandatory...* no socializing can be permitted at this time (there will be a time soon enough)..It’s not that complicated, but we want to be slow and sure and careful for everyone's sake!  Above all STAY HOME if you are not well. DO YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE? Due to the growing concern with COVID-19, our community is offering to help parishioners who are shut in. If you or anyone you know requires help with picking up groceries or running any other errands, please call Fr. Terry 416-251-3877. Do you remember where you were on March 15? This was the weekend when the shutdown started in force.  Everyone has a different recollection of exactly when the pandemic stopped time and reset clocks – but it was roughly three months ago... Right around this time in mid-March. What were you thinking then? What are you thinking now? In order to improve the lines of communication between the parish and Parishioners we have started to explore a platform known as “Flocknote.”  The platform allows us to send  emails and text reminders to everyone registered through the platform.  You are encouraged to check out this platform ( and see how it works. Fr. Terry has  recorded a Reflection #14.  See attachment.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:   Gratitude for Your Church Donations!

Thank you parishioners who continue to support the parish during this time. For many this is a difficult time financially.  However.  if you have the means please don't forget the needs of the parish. Also, remember the poor in your communities and consider donating to a local foodbank.
